Vinyasa yoga is a holistic, fluid yoga practice, linking breath to movement, which builds strength and flexibility as well as calming and focussing the mind. In a Vinyasa-style class, traditional Hatha yoga postures are linked with each inhale and exhale to create dynamic sequences that build heat, expel tension, cultivate balance and revitalise body and mind. Emphasis is on safe, strong, intelligent alignment and sequencing. Each class will end with a short relaxation to leave you feeling grounded and calm.

Restorative yoga is a slower, calming, nurturing practice, which uses props (blocks, blankets, bolsters) to set up a comfortable posture that can be held and enjoyed for a longer period of time. This practice, which also incorporates mindful meditation and breathing techniques, allows accumulated tension to be released passively, and creates a deep sense of wellbeing and relaxation.

Yoga Nidra is an incredibly restorative practice, where you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation using breathing techniques, visualisations and mindful meditation. It cultivates a sense of calm and peace of mind, allowing the physical body and psychological mind to rest and recuperate from the stresses of modern life. Many people report greatly improved sleep, mental clarity and a sense of wellbeing after practicing Yoga Nidra.

Suitable for all levels and abilities, no previous experience required.
